Welcome to The Performance Lab! Located in Mobile, AL, our 30,000 square foot indoor sports training facility specializes in baseball training and softball training. We offer private and group training programs for baseball and softball players in addition to speed, strength and conditioning training for athletes of all sports. Facility rentals for individual use, teams and other small groups are available.

Since we can never be sure what Mother Nature is going to throw our way, our indoor sports training facility helps keeps teams on track with practice, strength training, and more. We offer private lessons, team training, and group training, aimed at helping our local ballplayers improve their game as well as reach their full potential.
Our instructors can help guide you and your team through drills to help develop their skills. The Performance Lab includes twelve batting cages, six pitching machines, four HitTrax™ simulators, two Rapsodo® hitting units, and two Rapsodo® pitching units. We also house a top-of-the-line, high-intensity weight room of our players and the public.
